Experienced attorney, deputy justice
Misha Breur started his career at the AWVN as a corporate lawyer. He has been an attorney since 2000 and focuses on labour law, contract law and corporate law. He is a member of the Association of Employment Lawyers in the Netherlands (VAAN) and deputy justice at the Court of Appeal in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. He has broad interests and is enterprising and committed. He goes to great lengths to find solutions, and digs in his heels when necessary. He strives for a long-term relationship of trust with his clients.

Focus
Experience shows that it is good to invest in the file, especially at the beginning of the case: get the facts on the table and determine your position. Only then can you act. It is good to take the initiative as much as possible. At the same time, it is important to involve the client in the process; it is about the client, who must feel that he has a grip on what is happening and that his case, from a legal point of view, is being served as well as possible.
